Ernest brings two decades of finance and operations leadership to the VRP network — including years of active work as an independent small-business advisor in Houston since 2019, where he advises SMB owners on marketing strategy and finance. Earlier, as Global Demand Planning Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he directed a 10-person team managing an $890M annual budget and led initiatives worth tens of millions in operational savings. He has also built and run his own small business, giving him first-hand insight into exactly what Seek Wise members are navigating.
